Adrian Pryce DL
DIRECTOR
With a career spanning banking, travel & tourism, food & drink, academia and not for profit sectors, Adrian has 30 years’ international business development experience across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
He holds an MBA from IESE, Barcelona, is fluent in Spanish and is an Associate Professor at the University of Northampton – where he is Deputy Director of the China & Emerging Economies Centre (CEEC) – teaching strategy and international business.
In 2017 Adrian was appointed a Deputy Lieutenant (DL) of Northamptonshire (an honorary non-military State appointment) for services to charity and business.
Dr Holger Siemons
Holger is a visiting professor at universities in Austria, Germany, Spain and Vietnam and Senior Lecturer at the University of Northampton. He previously worked with Deutsche Telekom in the CEO’s Office, and has undertaken consulting assignments with both the European and the Indo-German Chambers of Commerce as well as clients such as Accenture and Siemens.
Holger holds a PhD (University of Delhi) and an MBA (Newcastle University). An innovative trainer, he employs learner-centred and self-reflective learning approaches. Holger is a charismatic and innovative educator, with the passion to inspire, motivate and support organisations and senior management in cross-cultural communication and leadership.
Daniela Wakilova
MARKETING MANAGER
Daniela is one of our team’s youngest members and is now responsible for S3UK’s marketing and social media. She has completed her BA in International Business at the University of Northampton. She is now studying MSc in Project Management at the University of West England Bristol. She has work experience in the Telecomms and hospitality industries and prides herself on teamwork, customer service, cross-cultural effectiveness as well as her administrative skills.

Our UK logistics partner and freight forwarder are Independent Freight Ltd, run by Jenny and David Hooper, who pride themselves on supporting small and medium-sized businesses with all UK post-Brexit customs clearance and import paperwork as well as supporting S3 with logistics and transportation for goods entering the UK that we source from all over the world.

With over 16 years developing and bringing new products and solutions to market, Benn supports inventors, entrepreneurs and start-ups to realise their new ideas and businesses. With a vision to ‘Make Innovation Accessible’, Benn’s holistic ‘Product Realisation’ service goes beyond design and engineering – from assessing a product’s business model to securing funding and user trials.
He’s able to setup long term client supplier relationships whilst offering continued advisory support. Viability is assessed early, minimising costs, delays, and surprises. Our projects are structured in flexible phases, enabling regular stakeholder, market, and legislative alignment.
